DropSites · Media upload links

Give incoming files
a clear path.

One upload link for photographers, agencies and partners. Their files arrive directly in your project, with the information you need.

DropSites are AdmiralCloud upload pages. Your external partners do not need a newly created DAM user account.

From upload link to media intake

Less follow-up starts with the upload.

  1. Give your project a delivery address.

For a campaign, an event or a photo shoot, provide a project-specific upload link and collect media from your external partners in one place.

Also for regular contributors. For ongoing work with a photographer or agency, you can set up a permanent upload channel.

  2. The right information from the start.

Configure metadata fields and tags for each DropSite and make them required. You decide which information contributors need to provide with their delivery.

When needed: add PDFs to the delivery

One or more PDFs, such as model releases, are automatically associated with every asset uploaded together in the same delivery, not earlier or later uploads.

The documents must apply to all assets in that delivery. The association does not replace a rights check.

  3. Move the work forward, not the files.

Link the DropSite to a project folder. Incoming media is automatically collected there, rather than needing to be moved to the right place after upload.

    Check before use

Check usage conditions and consent before using the media. Uploading a file is not approval to publish it.
