Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

We are a Berlin-based software company in the field of SaaS – Digital Asset Management with a specialization in B2B business. As an innovative company, we are constantly growing and are therefore looking for a:n Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) for up to 40 hours per week at the Berlin-Kreuzberg location as soon as possible.

We are a modern, technology-savvy team with a dynamic way of working, flat hierarchies, lots of motivation and passion. Our Product & Development team includes 11 excellent talents from Junior to Head. As a key position between Product/Dev. and the Sales Team, you will support AdmiralCloud on its further path to success.

What awaits you:

  • You are in regular exchange with our customers and inspire them with our products and the entire organization
  • You are responsible for the post-sales lifecycle and work hand in hand with the Sales Unit – New Business, the Key Account and the Product/Development Team
  • You ensure that our customers are optimally familiar with our software and can work with it according to their needs
  • You develop a healthy customer relationship and promote customer loyalty
  • You evaluate and analyze customer needs
  • You build trust and transparency with our customers
  • You take over the system onboarding of new customers
  • You encourage customers to upgrade their products

What you should bring to the table: 

  • You have professional experience in consulting, project management, sales, technical account management or customer success management, ideally of cloud-based products (SaaS)
  • You have the ability to use resources and available information independently to find answers for the customer
  • You have strong communication skills and are a good listener
  • You can explain complex IT issues in a simple way
  • You act in a structured manner and have a quick grasp of things
  • You have an engaging, authentic and calm demeanor
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We are a modern, technology-driven team with a dynamic way of working, flat hierarchies, lots of motivation and passion. Our Sales Unit comprises five excellent communication talents from Junior to Head. As a Sales Manager you will support AdmiralCloud further on its path to success.

What awaits you

  • Your goal is to inspire customers about us and our unique product world. Therefore, you will be responsible for the acquisition and consulting of new customers and you will be in charge of the customer journey from the first telephone contact to the conclusion of the contract (after training also partly remote in the home office possible)
  • You conduct presentations at customer sites, at events or via live web demo and convince with your charismatic and customer-oriented manner. Your strength lies not only in speaking, but also in listening
  • You maintain customer data in the CRM system (HubSpot) and, together with the team, derive strategic insights about customers/industries, etc.
  • Identifying and addressing relevant decision-makers and markets
  • You keep an eye on the market and competition and prepare the collected information for the head and the team
  • You support the Head of Sales in his daily work as well as the juniors in their development

What you should bring with you 

  • You have several years of professional experience in sales and are familiar with cloud-based products (SaaS).
  • You have first-class and recipient-related communication skills
  • You can explain complex IT issues in a simple and understandable way
  • You quickly adapt to new situations and teams
  • You keep track of things and bring ideas to the table
  • You are charismatic and have an engaging and authentic manner
  • Winning new customers is exactly your thing and you enjoy keeping your phone ringing off the hook
  • You have a basic willingness to travel
