Senior Sales Manager

We are a Berlin-based software company in the field of SaaS – Digital Asset Management with a specialization in B2B business. As an innovative company, we are constantly growing and are therefore looking for a Senior Sales Manager for up to 40 hours per week at the Berlin-Kreuzberg location as soon as possible.

We are a modern, technology-driven team with a dynamic way of working, flat hierarchies, lots of motivation and passion. Our Sales Unit comprises five excellent communication talents from Junior to Head. As a third Senior Manager you will support AdmiralCloud further on its path to success.

What awaits you

  • Your goal is to inspire customers about us and our unique product world. Therefore, you will be responsible for the acquisition and consulting of new customers and you will be in charge of the customer journey from the first telephone contact to the conclusion of the contract (after training also partly remote in the home office possible)
  • You conduct presentations at customer sites, at events or via live web demo and convince with your charismatic and customer-oriented manner. Your strength lies not only in speaking, but also in listening
  • You maintain customer data in the CRM system (HubSpot) and, together with the team, derive strategic insights about customers/industries, etc.
  • Identifying and addressing relevant decision-makers and markets
  • You keep an eye on the market and competition and prepare the collected information for the head and the team
  • You support the Head of Sales in his daily work as well as the juniors in their development

Graphic Designer /UI Designer

  • You will design and update various marketing content such as illustrations, charts, infographics, digital media, brochures, and reports that can be translated to various media platforms including (print), digital, sales materials, and multimedia channels

Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our AdmiralCloud team at our Berlin Kreuzberg location for 40 hours a week as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Standardize and automate build, test and deployment processes, taking into account the highest quality and strict data protection requirements.

  • Developing ideas and concepts for various customers as well as finding solutions within the scope of technical possibilities such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, TypeScript or Responsive Design

  • Taking over operational second- and third-level support including troubleshooting and error analysis in the hardware and software environment (by phone, email, remote maintenance and on-site if necessary)

  • Creation of technical architecture, software design and release management

  • Problem management with identification of fault trends

  • Pilot support in the context of the introduction of new products and solutions Design, optimization, control and quality assurance of the relevant service processes in the team

  • Participation in knowledge management (creation of FAQs, service documentation, maintenance of the knowledge database, etc.)

What you bring with you:
